If you are 10 years old, 80 years old or anything in between I would like to work with you. I am comfortable with many different ways of having appointments. If you like to write, play and draw I am happy with this and have many excellent resources to accommodate people that like to move around in session. If you prefer to sit quietly, explore possibilities or reflect on what is hard I am very skilled at doing this too. However you are and whatever style suits you, if you think I can be useful in some way I would love to meet you. I will listen with the highest quality of attention possible, I will ask simple yet powerful questions and help you notice your own expertise.
A brief overview
Usually when people come for coaching support it is because they have a particular aim in mind such as clarifying how to excel as a chief executive or senior manager or how to process complex situations. Alternatively the reasons can be a desire to maximise their performance, improve working relationships or organisational team dynamics or simply to have a place where they can rediscover their core and personal excellence. Put another way discover and harness their superpowers. I have the capacity to provide coaching to anyone who would like a solution-focused conversation to explore how to live as their best selves.
I am privileged that I have worked with an extensive range of people and challenges for over 20 years and therefore have the skills, experience and confidence to help in brief and effective ways. I support a whole range of clients from young people who have experienced traumatic events such as car accidents and brain injury through to adults experiencing anxiety and depression. I support people experiencing relationship difficulties. I welcome anyone who would like a solution-focused conversation to explore how to cope in the ways that are useful to them and discover ways of finding happiness.
